Get a personalized treatment plan and start your recovery from opioid addiction today.  Schedule an appointment to start treatment in an outpatient clinic.  A receptionist will answer calls from Monday to Saturday.  If calling after hours, please leave a detailed message and we’ll get back to you within 12 – 24 hours.  We monitor our email frequently so that is also a good way to get a hold of us after hours.

Planning your visit

INTAKE SCREENING – we require all first-time patients to receive a screening. Please contact the office to let us know the best time for our assistant to call you back. The screening usually takes 15 – 20 minutes. A non-refundable security deposit of $50 is required to book your first appointment. This deposit is applied to the fee of your first visit.

FIRST OFFICE VISIT – a personal recovery treatment plan is developed with a licensed physician. This doctor visit requires about 30 – 45 minutes and can be conducted in office or via telemedicine. Monthly follow-up visits are required and usually take approximately 15 minutes.

CLINIC LOCATION – our clinic is located in Suite 203 on the 2nd floor of the Eleventh Place Center building.

FREE PARKING is available for patients.

Insurance, Fees & Payment Information

Emerald City Treatment Clinic does not accept insurance. We are a cash only clinic – cash, checks or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa or American Express). We also accept HSA and FSA accounts. The patient will be provided with a receipt which they can send to their insurance companies for possible reimbursement.

INTAKE SCREENING – the intake screening appointment is free. A non-refundable security deposit of $50 deposit is required to schedule the first doctor visit.

OFFICE VISITS – the initial physician appointment fee is $350. Follow up monthly physician appointment fees are $160 per visit.

MEDICATION – medication fees can range from $80 to $500 for 56 films of buprenorphine/naloxone (2 films a day for 4 weeks) without insurance. We keep medication cost low, and most health insurance plans will cover the medications although many require a small co-pay.

DISCOUNTS – individuals without health insurance, can print out a discount card from Drugs.com or Goodrx.com when paying cash for buprenorphine/naloxone to receive lower price/savings at your pharmacy. Generic forms of buprenorphine/naloxone may be cheaper as well.

LAB TESTING – required laboratory tests can range from about $35 to $150 without insurance.

Cancellation Policy

We realize that our patients’ time is valuable, and we make every effort to see patients at their scheduled time. We ask that patients provide as much advanced notice as possible when running late for an appointment. If you want to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. With this advanced notice, your appointment can be rescheduled.

A non-refundable fee of $50 will be incurred for no-shows appointments.
